How do I transfer my Website to HihostNow?
This process is very easy. You can simply navigate to our main website http://www.hihostnow.com and choose the plan that best suits your needs.
Once you choose your plan, you can go through the order process, and complete your payment.
All accounts are created instantly upon payment, and once activated you will receive your Welcome Email which will include your login details and nameserver information. Once you get this email, reply with old hosting username and password we will  transfer everything for you. You will be notified once the transfer is completed and you can proceed login to your Domain Registrar, and change the nameservers on that domain to the new nameservers that we provide you.
If you need any assistance in this process, HihostNow will be glad to help. We can either guide you through the process, or we can login to your domain register, and change the Nameservers for you.

How do I move my Website from my old host to HihostNow?
Yes, it is very simple for us to transfer over your entire website including your MySQL databases and DNS entrys. Basicly, all we would need to have is your old account information, and we would then take that information and use WHM to transfer your account directly to our server.

What kind of support does HihostNow offer?

How long does it take to get my Website online?
If you ordered a new domain name through us, it will take 0-48 hours. If you are transferring an existing domain name to HihostNow, it will take 0-48 hours after you make the DNS change with your registrar.
Note: If you have a Unix Hosting Plan you can preview your site before your DNS updates by using http://serverip/~yourusername/

How do I move my MySQL Databases?
This can be used to back up a database or to move database information from one server to another.
1. Export A MySQL Database
This example shows you how to export a database. It is a good idea to export your data often as a backup.
# mysqldump username -ppassword database_name > FILE.sql
Replace username, password and database_name with your MySQL username, password and database name.
File FILE.sql now holds a backup of your database, download it to your computer.
2. Import A MySQL Database
Here, we import a database. Use this to restore data from a backup or to import from another MySQL server.
Start by uploading the FILE.sql file to the server where you will be running this command.
# mysql -u username -ppassword database_name < FILE.sql
Replace the parts in bold with your own information.

Yes, HihostNow will transfer all of your accounts from your previous provider completely free of charge upon sign up. When transferring accounts to our servers they remain exactly the same which means all of the files, databases, and email addresses.
